Registration and grant calls open for VALIDATE Annual Meeting 2027

Registration is now open for VALIDATE’s 9th Annual Meeting, taking place at One Farrer Hotel in Singapore from 10–14 May 2027. Held during our 10th anniversary year, the meeting will bring members together to share research, build connections and celebrate ten years of the VALIDATE Network.

A two-day Early Career Researcher (ECR) Workshop, led by Peggy Klaus, will take place on 10–11 May, followed by the main Annual Meeting on 12–14 May. Registration for the main meeting is free for VALIDATE members.

Applications are also open to give a research talk or present a poster—or both. Travel and accommodation funding is available for selected research talk presenters from all countries and selected poster presenters based at institutions in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Members based at institutions in high-income countries (HICs) can apply to present a poster, although funding is not available for HIC poster presenters.

The deadline for research talk and poster applications is 26 October 2026 at 16:00 GMT. The deadline to apply for a place at the ECR Workshop is 27 November 2026; you can do this when registering for the Annual Meeting.
