Every year, this award seeks to honour the most talented up-and-coming women in Britain across different industries. The Women of the Future (WOF) Awards were founded in 2006 to provide a platform for the pipeline of female talent in the UK. The WOF Programme acts as a platform to unlock a culture of kindness and collaboration among leaders, building a community of influential women determined not only to build fruitful professional and personal relationships with one another, but to be advocates for an exciting new generation of business talent.
