Researchers become drivers of change for vaccines in One Health

From 17–19 June, VALIDATE brought together around 30 researchers from across the world in Cartagena, Colombia, for an interactive workshop exploring how they could increase the wider impact of their research.

Through practical sessions, case studies and group discussions, delegates considered how to engage more effectively with communities, policymakers, funders and other stakeholders, while also integrating environmental perspectives into One Health research. The workshop helped participants develop practical tools, new connections and clear next steps for becoming drivers of change for vaccines in One Health.
