Update to VALIDATE Membership Terms & Conditions January 2025
We have updated the VALIDATE membership Terms and Conditions (to v4.0) and the VALIDATE Privacy Notice (to v2.0). How we collect, use and store your data has not changed from what you agreed to in your membership application, but we have further clarified our processes. For those joining after the introduction of these updated documents, you will have agreed to the latest versions in your application form.
If you are a current member, please read the updated Ts&Cs (available below and on our 'joining VALIDATE' page) and updated Privacy Notice (available below and on our 'Privacy Statements' page), and get in touch with any queries. As before, all members can let us know at any time if you wish to cancel your membership, unsubscribe from our email list, review your submitted and stored data, or want your personal data to be erased.
