The British Society for Immunology has recently published its public engagement strategy, emphasizing its commitment to promoting public understanding of immunology for improved health outcomes. In line with this mission, BSI members are invited to participate in public engagement focus groups, enabling them to contribute to shaping future initiatives in this field. The goal is to gather diverse perspectives and insights to better understand the community's needs, informing activities such as funding, training, and communication of opportunities and lessons learned. Whether experienced or new to public engagement, all members are encouraged to join the upcoming online session on Thursday, July 13th, by contacting the Public Engagement Manager, Erika Aquino, with a brief statement of interest by June 26th.
