The European Melioidosis Congress (EMC) 2026 will be held from 29 April to 1 May 2026 at the Camden Court Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, chaired by Prof Siobhán McClean. The congress will bring together international researchers, clinicians, and public health experts focused on Burkholderia pseudomallei and the disease melioidosis, offering a platform to share the latest scientific findings and foster new collaborations. The event will open with a welcome reception on 29 April and feature talks, poster sessions, and networking activities over the following two days. Abstract submissions are open until 30 November 2025, and delegates are encouraged to register early to secure accommodation at the venue in central Dublin.
