  • Dr Piyush Lal is an Assistant Professor at the Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka, India
  • Prof Gladys Granero is a Professor at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba – CONICET, Argentina
  • Dr Cris Vilaplana-Massaguer is Head of the Experimental Tuberculosis Unit, Fundació Institut Germans Trias I Pujol (IGTP), Spain

  • Ludoviko Zirimenya is a Clinical Research Scientist at the MRC/UVRI & LSHTM Uganda Research Unit, Uganda

  • TWAS-CUI Postgraduate Fellowship Programme - For postgraduate research offers fellowships to young scientists from developing countries other than Pakistan, who wish to obtain all or part of their PhD in natural or social sciences - deadline 31 August 2022
  • Partner with researchers in Canada on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) - Apply for funding to establish new partnerships or develop pre-existing collaborations with researchers in Canada on a project relating to combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) - deadline 6 September 2022
  • UKRI Future Leaders Fellowships - Round 7 - £900 million fund that is helping to establish the careers of world-class research and innovation leaders across UK business and academia - deadline 6 September 2022
  • MRC Molecular and cellular medicine research - The MRC’s Molecular and Cellular Medicine Board funds research into basic biological mechanisms or technologies relevant to human health and disease - deadline 6 September 2022
  • TWAS-DBT Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme - The Ministry of Science and Technology, India, and TWAS have established a fellowship programme for foreign scholars from developing countries who wish to pursue postdoctoral research in biotechnology - deadline 15 September 2022
