VALIDATE Annual Meeting 2023

On 6th to 8th of March, 100 VALIDATE members from over 30 countries gathered in London for the 5th VALIDATE Annual Meeting and a VALIDATE ECR Workshop - our first in-person events since 2019!

Attendees had the opportunity to listen to talks from some of the world's leading scientists in our research field and received updates on VALIDATE-funded research projects. There were also plenty of chances to meet and connect with members from all over the world, including representatives from academia, industry, government bodies, and non-governmental agencies. We've already received positive feedback from attendees who have started making plans for their next research collaborations. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and we can't wait for the next one!

"Everything was excellent! Great diversity of speakers, and topics. Plenty of opportunities for networking- the facilitation of this was great" - VALIDATE member

We were active on Twitter and you can look back through the three days using the #VALIDATE2023 hashtag.

In the coming weeks, we will share videos of the talks and produce a full report of activities. Keep an eye on the Annual Meeting 2023 webpage
