UCL is offering a two-year post-doctoral position, supported by a Wellcome Trust Discovery Award, to develop computational approaches for studying T cell responses in tuberculosis. The role involves innovating and implementing methods to identify public T cell metaclones from large-scale TCR sequencing data and advancing reverse epitope discovery by combining pathogen transcriptomic and proteomic datasets with in silico models. The post-holder will report to Dr. Andreas Tiffeau-Mayer and collaborate closely with laboratory scientists, clinicians, and computational biologists within the Innate2Adaptive group and international partners. This position aims to stratify disease risk in infected individuals and inform the design of next-generation vaccines.
