Dates: 19-21 March 2018
Location: Oxford, UK
The Congress will bring together clinicians and researchers to discuss the latest developments in the microbiology, diagnosis and treatment of the pathogen Burkholderia pseudomallei and aims to continue the progress made at the earlier European congresses (most recently in Cambridge in 2015). There will be a particular emphasis on encouraging early career researchers to present their work, either orally or in posters. We wish to make the most of the college atmosphere and the friendliness of the melioidosis research community by giving lots of opportunities for informal networking in the breaks and in the college bar in the evenings.
