Biography:

I recently completed my MSc in molecular biology, where my project focused on the development of anti-tuberculosis drugs. I synthesized novel ferrocene-sulfonamide derivatives and looked at their antimycobacterial properties on mycobacteria. Currently, I work as a research assistant for a project that is using cannabinoid and natural product nanoparticles and assessing their activity on communicable and non-communicable diseases, including TB meningitis, brain cancer, and Parkinson's disease.
