Biography:

I am deeply passionate about advancing tuberculosis (TB) research through cutting-edge methodologies in proteomics and spatial transcriptomics. My journey in scientific inquiry began with a fascination for the complex interplay between pathogens and host cells, particularly in the context of TB, a disease that continues to challenge global health.

Driven by a commitment to unravelling the molecular intricacies of TB pathogenesis, my focus on proteomics allows me to delve into the dynamic protein networks that define infection outcomes. By harnessing advanced mass spectrometry and bioinformatics tools, I aim to understand disease progression.

Moreover, my exploration extends into spatial transcriptomics, a transformative approach that captures the spatial organization of gene expression within infected tissues. This innovative technique not only elucidates the spatial dynamics of host-pathogen interactions but also unveils previously unseen molecular landscapes crucial for understanding disease progression and immune response modulation in TB.
