AHRI seeks a talented post-doctoral researcher in the Leslie lab to develop theoretical and computational approaches to studying T cell responses to tuberculosis. This two-year position (with possible extension) involves creating pipelines for large-scale T cell receptor and transcriptome sequencing data, collaborating closely with University College London colleagues to uncover immune determinants of TB protection. The successful candidate will work with experimental and computational teams, requiring strong programming proficiency (preferably Python), bioinformatics fundamentals, and modelling experience.
A PhD (or equivalent), excellent teamwork and time-management skills, and a commitment to research ethics are essential. Applicants should submit a cover letter, 1–2-page CV, and academic records.
