TB, Animal Models, Cell Culture
Biography:
My main research interest is studying efficacy and toxicity of medicinal plants. Investigation of alternative solutions or therapies to eradicate TB is my work. I test medicinal plants for their immunomodulatory potential to sustain macrophages in a phenotype that is capable of destroying the bacteria (Host-pathogen interaction) and invention of new TB vaccine, using animal model.
