Biography:
I’m interested in the development of vaccines, antibiotics and immunotherapeutics which can be used against TB. I finished my PhD in Immunology and my MRes in Biomedical Sciences at St Georges, University of London. I graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bsc in Medical Microbiology. For my PhD, I tested novel TB vaccines using in vitro models. I have also worked on developing a novel immunotherapeutic against TB and on better understanding the immune responses generated by the BCG vaccine.
