Biography:
My research centers around the study of the interface between mycobacterial pathogens and their human host using a combination of mycobacterial genetics, molecular biology, immunology and in vitro infection models. I am particularly interested in understanding the impact of mycobacterial genetic diversity on the immune response and identifying correlates of protection.
