Biography: Archie Matuguinas Cabachete is a licensed Pharmacist and current PhD candidate in Tropical Medicine at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. His primary research interest is in neglected tropical diseases, with a specific focus on Burkholderia pseudomallei which causes melioidosis. His doctoral research centered on the development of mRNA vaccine against Burkholderia pseudomallei.
