Biography:

In my current research role I am leading a programme studying host-pathogen interactions - using advanced imaging and 'omics techniques to target intracellular Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Previously I have applied super-resolution imaging methods and proteomics to study the host-pathogen interactions driven by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. During my first post-doc position I applied high-resolution, high-throughput imaging and machine learning analysis to study drug responses to the malaria life-cycle.
