Itziar Chapartegui-Gonzalez

 

Itziar has previously worked on Acinetobacter baumannii and A. pittii genomic analysis, host-pathogen interactions and virulence phenotype description and currently focuses on the identification of toxin-antitoxin systems in pathogenic bacteria Burkholderia pseudomallei through genomic prediction, and defining their role in its persistence.
