Research Keywords: TB, Animal models, Macrophage models, Fluorescence Biography: My primary work focuses on developing and analysing tools for TB vaccine testing in a human challenge model. I am also involved in investigating the effectiveness of antimicrobial peptides and drug based delivery systems to improve TB treatment. I have a keen interest in human challenge models, innate immune responses to infection and new advances in treatment and diagnosis of TB.
