Biography:

I am a biosafety officer of biosafety level 3 laboratory (BSL3). I could assist to set up and maintain all safety features and processes associated with the laboratory to conform to National Institutes of Health BSL3 certification requirements. My research focuses on M. tuberculosis, especially in anti-tuberculosis drugs resistance, resistant mechanism, and epidemiological aspects. In addition, my career attempts to develop and validate methods for mycobacterial and fungal diagnosis as well as their susceptibility testings (both phenotypic and genotypic techniques) to enhance laboratory efficiency of diagnosis and expedite patient treatment.
