Biography:

I am a postdoc at the Leiden University Medical Centre in the Infectious Diseases research group. My research focuses primarily on identifying immune cell interactions that determine or contribute to outcome of tuberculosis disease. My current projects include using imaging mass cytometry to image granuloma in lung tissue of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infected non-human primates and assessing vaccination responses using spectral flow cytometry.
