Biography:

Simon Clark, PhD is a Senior Scientist coordinating multiple diverse projects in the TB research programme at the Public Health England laboratories at Porton Down, Salisbury, UK.  He has conducted Mycobacterium tuberculosis research for over 20 years specifically in the design, development and establishment of in vivo models for the evaluation of interventions against M. tuberculosis. Dr Clark’s team is internationally renowned and has provided pre-clinical models for vaccine evaluation in multiple EU-funded consortia.
