The Cambodian Government has started giving BCG to infants, and we celebrated VALIDATE member Rachel Tanner’s new role. Nature reported on the impact of inflation on PhD students, gave some evidence for why researchers should say no to early morning meetings, reported that their recent survey shows that stress is a major issue for graduate students worldwide, released some useful resources for mid-career scientists, and, on their podcast, discussed picking the right job. Oxford Immunotec shared the WHO’s Global TB Report, TB News Daily shared Roundbound’s guide to BCG, Rachel Tanner celebrated #OneHealthDay2022 week and Kashmir Life shared a discussion about the limitations of BCG in fighting TB in India. Keep up to date with all the relevant news and opportunities by following @NetworkVALIDATE on Twitter.
