VALIDATE Annual Meeting: Day One - Watch Now!
Today, over 60 VALIDATE members met on zoom to participate for Day One of the VALIDATE Annual Meeting 2021. The event was chaired by Prof Mitali Chatterjee and you can watch the opening session on Youtube, which includes talks from Helen McShane, Dr Himangi Bhardawaj MBE from British High Commission in India, and an update on VALIDATE from Samantha Vermaak.

Pump Priming and Fellowship Talks - Available on the VALIDATE Hub
Day One also featured talks from three talks from recipients of our Pump Priming grants and Dr Rachel Tanner talked through her VALIDATE Fellowship Project. Some of these presentations contain unpublished data, so members need to watch them on the VALIDATE Hub.

It has been a busy week on Twitter and we spent today live-tweeting our Annual Meeting. Nature Careers some tips on proposal writing, The BBSRC asked followers to take part in their survey on AI, and RESULTS UK shared an article on the need for more support for TB, HIV and Malaria after COVID-19.
