We thought we would remind our members that VALIDATE supports an Equipment Exchange scheme, that connects researchers who have surplus equipment they want to get rid of with members who would be able to use the equipment in their lab or clinic. Priority will be given to researchers based in LMICs to receive equipment.

Current request: Our most recent request comes from member Perparim Kadriaj from the Institute of Public Health, Tirana, Albania who is seeking a PCR machine or Real-Time PCR for use in their vectors control unit. If you can help, email Perparim - pkadriaj@yahoo.com

Find out more about our equipment exchange, including current requests and how to make your own, on the Equipment Exchange page - www.validate-network.org/equipment-exchange
