Post-Doctoral Fellows in Immunology or Bacteriology
Deadline 8 August 2021
Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) Boston, MA, United States
The laboratory of D. Branch Moody seeks a Post-Doctoral Fellow in immunology or bacteriology who has high interest in studying T cell responses that mediate human autoimmune disease or host defense against bacterial infection.
We seek to understand the specific targets of T cell response with a goal of improving vaccination against tuberculosis and creating therapies for human joint and skin diseases. Applicants with interest or experience in biochemistry, antigen presentation, mycobacteriology, single cell transcriptomics or mass spectrometry are particularly encouraged to apply.
Successful applicants will join a collaborative, discovery-focused team with an excellent career development program, working in a new laboratory at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the Longwood campus of Harvard Medical School. The Fellowship is supported by long term grants from the NIH and the Wellcome Trust, including full time salary and a benefits package.
