The Clinical BioManufacturing Facility (CBF) at the University of Oxford produces high quality Investigational medicinal products (IMPs) under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to support early phase clinical trials in the UK and beyond. We manufactured the first doses of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine against Covid-19 for the UK trials, as well as vaccines for Malaria, TB, Zika, Rabies, Plague, Ebola and other diseases that have global impact. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and assist us in our mission to improve global health.
You will be responsible for all project administration, coordination and management of IMP drug product stocks and associated approvals, providing support labelling and packaging and distribution of IMPs for clinical trials in accordance with the current legal requirements. You will ensure appropriate labelling of IMPs for multiple clinical trials, helping to set up and organise clinical trial folders, including all documentation for IMP QP Certification to trial. You will assist with all distribution activities to ensure drug products are provided to the clinic via an efficient, accurate and regulatory compliant process. You will also provide line management of the Clinical Trial Services Support Officer.
