Biography:
Hua Wang has training in organic chemistry and mycobacterial biology. He obtained his BSc with honours in 2010 from Southern Connecticut State University, Honours College, and DPhil in 2014 from the University of Oxford, Oriel College. He carried out his post-doctoral training at the National Institute for Medical Research and The Francis Crick Institute in 2015-2019. Hua is currently an independent Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow establishing the ‘Bacterial Pigments of Life Research Laboratory’.
