Currently, my work is focused on the development of a nanovaccine platform against Burkholderia infection and Enterohaemorrhagic E. coli. This project is focused on further understanding the potential of subunit vaccines against bacterial diseases. Another project I am currently involved in is a pathogenesis model of Bpm aimed at elucidating the adherence and invasiveness of B. pseudomallei and the virulence factors associated.
