Biography
Jia’s research interests are developing novel countermeasures including vaccines and therapeutic agents to counteract various infectious diseases. Previously, she has worked on developing attenuated vaccines against West Nile Virus, identifying novel human papillomavirus-host protein-protein interactions. She currently is working on improving the TB vaccine and discovering novel host-directed drugs against TB.
