Marco Polo Peralta Alvarez

Biography:

I am a DPhil candidate in Clinical Medicine [Vaccinology/Immunology] at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Prof Helen McShane & Dr Rachel Tanner. My project consists in the study of humoral responses induced by TB vaccines (available and under development) to increase our understanding of their potential roles for protection against Mycobacterium tuberculosis as well as if they can be of use for further TB vaccines research and development. My current research interests are infectious diseases, vaccines R&D and antibodies R&D.
