Biography:

As well as being VALIDATE’s Network Manager, Sam is a Business and Personal Coach, trained through Barefoot Coaching, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She has a long held interest in personal development, psychology, mental health, career satisfaction, and living a fulfilling life full of big dreams, success, happiness and joy. She enjoys helping clients work out what they want from life and how to get there. Sam is a coach and mentor at University of Oxford, and has been a guestspeaker for the Springboard programme for professional women and Oxford University’s Careers Fair. She believes you only have one life, so get out there and live the life you dream of!
